Owner's Previleges

We prepare various priviLeges and services for viLLa owners to spend precious hoLidays with joy in reLaxing atmosphere.

Privileges 1

  • ViLLa owners can stay at their own vilLa at any time when they wouLd Like to. (Some other viLla project limits the days to stay.)
  • To be fair to other owners, during this period no returns wiLt be paid. During the period of stay the owner must pay normaL running costs (2bedrm $35/day lbedrm $30/day) which is included e.g. power, water, Laundry of Linen, amenities and service charge. These costs incurred wiLl be subtracted from the total returns before they are paid, if you get enough income from renting your viLla to pay those costs.
    For spa, telephone, Food and beverage, Laundry for personal, etc are aLso has to be paid.No refund even if you don’t use this priviLege.
  • This priviLege can be transferred to owner’s family and friends (Maximum 5 person) nominated by owner when this contract is made.
  • If the owner’s villa is occupied with other guest, they(owners)can stay another same type vilLa by the same condition as their own villa.

PriviLeges 2

  • Each villa owner can stay another villa at 30% discount from its published rate.
  • This privilege is not available on peak season fixed by management.
  • This privilege can be transferred to person nominated by viLLa owner.
  • Villa is occupied by this condition, owner wilt get dividend.
